Upholstery CleaningOur Ultra Clean Upholstery Cleaning SystemConsider how often you wash your clothing and that you vacuum your floors regularly, but how often do you clean your living room furniture? We often sit for hours on our furniture, perhaps have a snack or even a meal on, fall asleep on the pillows, maybe have a pet on it, or even give ourselves a manicure and countless other activities. And if you have young children, well, you can only imagine how much worse it can be with young children. This presents not only a situation for dirt, spots & stains, but also an ideal home for bacteria, dust mites and other micro organisms to thrive in. On top of all of the time we spend and the activities we conduct, often there isn’t a way for the average home owner to clean their furniture easily and without risk of damaging it. Feel good knowing that your family isn’t sitting with a family of bacteria on your couch! Cleaning your furniture is a job best left to the experts. How do we get upholstery so clean & sanitized?We hygienically clean, sanitize and deodorize upholstery utilizing a 5-step environmentally-friendly system of cleaning. We do this by using a method of cleaning called "encapsulation," which is simply the process of "crystallizing" dirt and soil. As the cleaning agent dries, it forms a crystal around dirt, dust mites, mold spores, and other pathogens in the carpet. The crystals are then removed with our equipment, leaving your carpets hygienically clean. The "tools" that we use are a biodegradable encapsulate (which "crystallizes" dirt & soil, allowing for easy removal), combined with a dry vapor steam machine, and various types of microfiber cloths. The machine reaches temperatures of 275 degree, effectively killing all pathogens on contact, while being 96% dry steam to ensure that your furniture dries quickly. Step 1. Thoroughly Vacuum UpholsteryOur 5-step process begins with vacuuming the upholstery. This removes as much dirt and soil as possible. It is imperative that all furniture be vacuumed prior to cleaning with a good vacuum cleaner. Step 2. Spot-Treat & Pre-Spray UpholsterySecond, we spot-treat any "trouble" spots or stains using our line of "soil specific" spotters. If there is something that we feel we cannot remove, we will bring it to your attention immediately. We then pre-spray the upholstery with our Ultra Clean Green Encapsulation Agent. Step 3. Scrub & AgitateThird, we take our Cyclo Dual Head Orbital Scrubber and thoroughly scrub and agitate the upholstery. This scrubbing action helps to break the bonds of soil from the fabric. Step 4. Clean & Sanitize UpholsteryFourth, we clean and sanitize the upholstery with our Dry Vapor Steam Cleaner. This machine reaches temperatures of up to 275 degrees and 75 PSI of Deep Penetrating Steam that will melt away dirt and completely sanitize your furniture. Any dirt that is left is absorbed into our special microfiber towels that is attached to the Steam Machine.
